Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Georank(“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web-based Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audit tool operated by Georank, Inc.. The Service allows registered users to submit URLs for analysis. Upon submission, the Service fetches the content at the provided URL, evaluates it across multiple scoring dimensions, and returns a score report and, for paid audits, AI-generated improvement suggestions. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. Payment and Credits
Certain features of the Service require the purchase of credits. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once applied to an audit. Credits that have not been applied to an audit may be eligible for a refund at our discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer subscription plans; each credit purchase is a discrete transaction. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. User Content and URLs Submitted
By submitting a URL to the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you own the content at that URL or have sufficient rights to authorize its analysis, and (b) your submission does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to fetch, process, store, and display content from submitted URLs solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of the content found at your URLs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) submit URLs to content you do not have the right to analyze; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the Service's scoring logic or AI-generated outputs in bulk for redistribution; (c) submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its interface, scoring methodology, and all software, is the proprietary property of Georank, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service. AI-generated fixes produced by the Service are provided to you for your own use on the content you submitted. We do not assert copyright over those outputs, but you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users submitting similar content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUDIT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR THAT IMPLEMENTING THE SUGGESTED FIXES WILL RESULT IN IMPROVED RANKINGS, CITATION RATES, TRAFFIC, OR ANY OTHER OUTCOME. GEO SCORING IS AN EVOLVING FIELD AND METHODOLOGIES MAY CHANGE. RESULTS SHOULD BE TREATED AS GUIDANCE, NOT GUARANTEES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY AI SYSTEMS CHANGING THEIR CITATION CRITERIA.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEORANK, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Georank, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or by a notice on the Service). Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States for the resolution of any disputes.
